Long-term mortgage interest rates posted more gains Friday, and the
benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield was down at 3.53 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average slipped to 6.09 percent, and the
15-year fixed rate fell to 5.49 percent. The 1-year adjustable rate decreased to 4.69 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield decreased to 4.54 percent.
